| Never played it, but I hear it is cool. I am used to first 2 halo games and shooters older than them... haven't kept up with the newer stuff. My main attributes in shooters is close-range combat esp = shotgun... and I thrive in situations where there are multi-level areas where I have easy escape under fire. The trick for me there is suprising the enemy before they can escape while not allowing them to do so to myself. Anyway - that where I stand... I don't like long-range too much like sniper levels, as I get bored without the action and tend to stop paying attention. I have a tendency to pressure as much as I can get away with during an attack while I leave myself prepared retreats... it seems this is most effective other than areas where it is too dangerous to pressure without being overrun, then I just find a zone where I can comfortably work from until I clear enough enemies or move to a better outpost (though sometimes I must retreat to a backwards outpost when the situations are thick.) |
